We welcome you to our vacation retreat.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs with its own bathroom, and a master suite with its own bathroom on the ground floor. A third bathroom is located on the ground floor with a toilet.
One of the sofas is modular and can therefore be transformed into a double bed.
A swimming pool is available for your use and is free to access at any time of day. However, it is secured by an alarm that must be deactivated when you wish to use it. Instructions on how to use the alarm will be provided to you before your arrival.
You will find in the cottage a sheet with other information including the WiFi code as well as our contact details if necessary.

INCLUSIVE
EQUIPMENT
Upon arrival, you will find towel sets on each bed, consisting of a washcloth, a small towel and a large towel.
The kitchen is equipped with household appliances such as: fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, kettle, etc.
Other amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and other items, as well as ping-pong rackets and petanque balls.
For children: High chair, baby bed with mattress.

HEATING
A wood-burning stove is available with wood ready to use. In addition, the house is also heated using electric radiators.
PAYMENT
UPON RESERVATION

CANCELATION
If you cancel the rental contract after paying the deposit, it will be considered compensation.
FINAL PAYMENT
Once the final balance has been paid, your reservation cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel your reservation, the full amount paid will be considered compensation.
EXCLUSIVE
CLEANING
After each rental period, a cleaning team comes to clean the property. We want every tenant to arrive in a clean home, and this is the only way to guarantee it.
BED LINEN
Bed linen is always provided by us. Upon your arrival, the requested beds are carefully made.
BATH LINEN
Beach towels must be brought by yourself. However, they can be washed on site.
ELECTRIC CARS
We ask that you do not charge your electric vehicles at our home. The cleaning service takes a photo of the meter each time. If we find excessive consumption, we will charge this fee per kW and deduct it from the deposit.
CONDITIONS GENERALES
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Each house has a maximum number of guests. There can be no more guests than the number of sleeping accommodations!
Camping in the garden or creating additional sleeping accommodations inside is NOT ALLOWED.

In case of abuse/non-compliance with our terms and conditions, a daily compensation of €250.00 will be charged by a collection agency.
WARRANTY
A deposit of €250.00 is required for each reservation. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused.
If anything is damaged during your stay, the amount of damages will be determined based on the exact nature of the damage. In the event of damage, we always expect the tenant to notify us at the TIME it occurs.
This will allow us to act quickly and replace what has been broken, so that you and future customers can always enjoy the same comfort.
The deposit must always be paid at the time of final payment and will only be refunded after positive confirmation from our cleaning service.
INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES
KEY
It will be communicated to you once your reservation has been made.
DIRTY LAUNDRY
Upon departure, all soiled bed, bath and kitchen linens (except mattress protectors) must be removed.
WASTE
These must be sorted. There are yellow garbage bags and gray garbage bags. Yellow garbage bags are for anything made of plastic, PMD, paper, metal, etc. Gray garbage bags are for residual waste.
Waste can be left in the designated bins. We will collect it.
CLOSING
When you leave the holiday home, all electrical appliances must be turned off. The refrigerator and freezer can remain on.
All windows must be in the tilted position and shutters locked. Please also remove ashes from the stove if it has been in use.
Please leave the vacation home clean. Take out everything that belongs to you, leave everything that does not belong to you.
